How is your program better than others?

The program is based on natural movements, the most effective biomechanical forms our body can take to move with effectiveness, enabling the body to move with the least restriction possible. Other practices don’t have the freedom of motion as their top priority. For example, bodybuilders are ok to give up on mobility to gain more muscles, those types of compromises in many cases come at the expense of our health and quality of life. Here health and functionality are the first priority so this allows you to avoid the limitation other practices impose on your body, and of course enjoying the freedom of motion
